The Vaillant Academy first launched in 2020 to support installers with product and industry knowledge remotely, at a time that suited them. Since then, the platform has continued to evolve even further with our loyal installers in mind.

From on demand training courses to easy booking forms, and information on boiler know-hows, heat pump awareness and even industry knowledge, the Academy has helped thousands of installers boost their knowledge and support their businesses.

Available 24/7, our online Academy provides you with flexible learning at a pace that suits you. It has been has been designed to be completely user-friendly, meaning you can start and stop lessons as you need, when you need it.

And, we also know that not everyone learns in the same way. That’s why we’ve adapted our courses to accommodate a variety of learning styles. From video content, e-learning, webinars, downloadable material and podcasts, there is something for everyone.
