Our design team has 8 members, each with their own specialist field, for example retrofitting heat pumps, new build and commercial projects so you can rest assured knowing that your needs are being handled by our experts with numerous years’ experience in the heating industry.

All our products are designed with specifiers in mind and are built to last, in fact they are lifetime tested for up to 15 years. Using the highest quality materials, our products are built using the one-piece flow method meaning we can trace every product back to its birth.

Sales support

Our Regional Business Managers can support you at any stage of the project, but it’s best if you speak to us in the very first stages so we can ensure we’re supplying you with the most efficient product possible. We will offer training and support to those who need it, if it’s your first heat pump or your hundredth, we can make sure you have the training you need. We act as your consultant throughout your project, with our in-house experts we can help you ensure the project is feasible and designed to the correct standards.

We can offer commissioning, servicing and maintenance on all our products should you want our help but most importantly, even once your project is finished, we’re always on hand to support you.

Aftersales

Open 364 days a year, with over 5,000 interactions made every day, our call centre is second to none. All our call centre staff at Vaillant Service go through an intensive six-week training program covering customer service, heating technology and the Vaillant product range allowing your call to be answered quickly and efficiently. Our culture at Vaillant Service is focused on the customer, and we are constantly developing our in-house training to reflect this.
