Vaillant Partnership with National Energy Action (NEA) Continues in 2018
On the 20th February 2018 representatives of Vaillant UK travelled to Newcastle to donate £10,000 to National Energy Action (NEA) raised from various fundraising initiatives in 2017.
Alice Woolley (Marketing Director, Vaillant UK) and Manny Puletti (Midlands Sales Director, Vaillant UK) presented the funds to NEA Chief Executive, Adam Scorer to support NEA in helping the 4 million UK households currently living in fuel poverty.
Vaillant are pleased to announce that its partnership will continue this year as our chosen charity for the social housing part of the business, supporting NEA’s activities that seek to raise awareness of the solutions that can bring an end to fuel poverty. Our first fundraising event for this year kicked off on Friday 23rd February when Vaillant staff took part in NEA’s Biggest Housewarming day, to support Fuel Poverty Awareness raising over £200.
Alice Woolley said “Vaillant have a commitment to ensure that we do the utmost to ending fuel poverty. Our systems are developed to provide optimum efficiency, saving money.” The charity does great work in raising awareness around the subject of fuel poverty and Vaillant UK are proud to support NEA.
Chief Executive for NEA, Adam Scorer commented “NEA is delighted to be Vaillant’s Charity of Choice and to have the support of the company in helping us to raise awareness and funds for a cause affecting around 4 million households across the UK. We look forward to continuing our partnership throughout 2018/19”
